How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account in the ShiNails application, follow these steps:

Step 1 — Submit a Request
Fill out the form on this page with your account information. After submitting the request, a manager will contact you.
Step 2 — Identity Verification
A manager will contact you using the provided contact details to verify that you are the rightful owner of the account.
Step 3 — Confirmation Link
After successful verification, the manager will send a confirmation link to the email address associated with your account.
Step 4 — Confirm Deletion
Open the link in the email and confirm the account deletion. After confirmation, the deletion process will begin.



What Data Will Be Deleted
After the deletion request is confirmed, the following data will be removed:

• user account data
• profile information
• appointment and booking history
• application usage data
• information about connected services (Google / Apple)

What Data May Be Retained

After the account is deleted, we may retain the following data:

• user email address
• user name
• contact information provided during the request
• account deletion date

This data is retained only for the following purposes:

• fraud prevention
• handling potential account recovery requests
• compliance with legal obligations

Data Retention After Deletion
Some data may be stored for up to 14 days after the account deletion.
This retention period allows the user to restore the account in case of accidental deletion.

• After the 14-day period expires, the data will be permanently deleted from the system.
